What is the return policy?

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Ryvek gear. If something isn't right, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
The item must be free from stains, odors, damage, pet hair, or other signs of wear.
Original tags and packaging should be included when applicable.

Ryvek reserves the right to deny a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

Returns

To start a return contact customerservice@ryvek and include your order number and reason for the return.

Do not send a product back before contacting us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or Ryvek sent the incorrect item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. Because some Ryvek products are released in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that your requested size or color will still be available.

If the replacement item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the problem
Photos showing the issue

If Ryvek made an error or the product arrived defective, we will cover the cost of correcting the order.

Limited Drop Policy

Certain Ryvek products may be released in limited quantities.

Purchasing an item does not guarantee that the same color, design, or size will be restocked in the future.

If an exchange is requested for a sold-out product, Ryvek may offer another available product, store credit, or a refund depending on the situation.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Launches, restocks, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume may require additional processing time.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping

Shipping rates and available shipping methods are displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.

Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once an order has shipped.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

What are Ryvek shirts made from?

Our performance long sleeves are made from lightweight, moisture-wicking performance fabric designed for fishing, boating, and everyday wear. They feature UPF 50+ sun protection and are built to stay comfortable in warm conditions.

What size should I order?

Ryvek shirts have an athletic, comfortable fit with longer sleeves for added coverage. We recommend ordering your normal size for the intended fit. If you prefer a looser, more relaxed fit, consider sizing up. Check the size chart for exact measurements before ordering.
